About Our Client

Our Client is building the future of marketing through a self-learning team of 20+ autonomous AI agents working across data, creative, strategy, and execution — all led by "Lucy," a super-agent who collaborates with human marketers like a real colleague: reaching out, listening, emailing, and even calling.

Today, 17 agencies and 270 brands use the platform to save 60% of their time. They recently raised a $6M round led by Lightspeed, investors in Anthropic, xAI, Mistral, and other leading AI companies.

They are now focused on continuously improving their super-agent and her team of autonomous agents, and they are looking for a world-class Founding Designer to shape how humans interact with multi-agent systems.

The Role

As the Founding Designer, you will define the visual and interaction language of the platform.

Your mission is to turn deeply technical, multi-agent workflows into experiences that feel simple, intuitive, and beautiful. You will own the entire product experience — how data is presented, how workflows flow, how agents communicate with users, and how the platform evolves as it scales.

This is an opportunity to shape a category-defining product from the very beginning.

What You’ll Do

Product & Dashboard Design

• Lead UX/UI across dashboards, workflows, reporting, and agent interactions.
• Translate complexity into clean, modern, minimalist interfaces.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.

User Journeys & Onboarding

• Design onboarding flows for agencies and internal teams.
• Turn complex setup steps into guided, frictionless experiences.
• Continuously improve activation clarity, speed, and quality.

Visualizing Multi-Agent Collaboration

• Create new visual paradigms that explain how humans and AI agents collaborate.
• Make agent reasoning and actions intuitive and transparent.
• Collaborate closely with founders and engineering to bring concepts into production.
